Refund Policy

We place great importance on customer satisfaction and understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Therefore, if the item doesn't suit you, you can return it within 60 calendar days from the moment of receipt. Additionally, you have the option to refuse the item before or during its receipt. In case of refusal, the return process will be initiated automatically.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that if you don't meet at least one of these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a return at our discretion.

How to initiate a return

When will the refund be processed

We strive to process returns within 10 calendar days after receiving the item. After inspecting the item, we will refund the payment amount. Keep in mind that the return process will begin only after we receive the item.

Who covers the return costs

We cover all expenses associated with the return, including insurance and shipping. These costs will be considered and included in the total refund amount.

Return insurance

We advise you to always insure the item before shipping it back to avoid any issues in case of loss. Please note that without insurance, we won't be able to initiate the return process if the item gets lost in transit.
